1 -- Oracle Certificate Training material:
AdvancedPL/SQL Programming (after basic training)
With a good examples to fit Oracle environment.
2-- Either of these:
Oracle9i: The Complete Reference
Kevin Loney, George Koch
or
Oracle Database 10g: The Complete Reference
Kevin Loney, Lisa McClain (Editor)
-- Both like disctionaries.
Sorry can not present any book in Chinese, because of
no knowledge about technical book market in China.
